Curry helping Texas ranchers fight government claim to their land
Name principal Austin Curry recently was interviewed by Forbes magazine about the ongoing legal fight between his Texas rancher clients and the federal government over who owns more than 140 square miles of land near the Texas/Oklahoma border, where the ranchers and their families have lived and paid taxes for generations. The Texas Attorney General’s Office has joined Austin and his clients in the lawsuit against the Bureau of Land Management over the agency’s attempt to take more than 90,000 acres of land from the families.
