Caldwell Cassady & Curry Adds Seth Reich as Associate in Dallas

Experienced attorney joins intellectual property, business litigation law firm

DALLAS – Dallas-based Caldwell Cassady & Curry is proud to announce the addition of attorney Seth Reich as an associate. Like all the attorneys at Caldwell Cassady & Curry, he focuses his practice on patent litigation and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Reich joins the firm with years of litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout the country. His background includes work for plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving patent infringement, contract disputes, contested trademarks, and trade secrets claims, among others. His track record in all phases of litigation includes depositions, trials, critical motions, and appellate work.

Mr. Reich is licensed to practice in Texas state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern District of Texas, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.

A member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Mr. Reich was selected as part of the 2015 DAYL Leadership Class. He also was honored with the 2016 DAYL Pro Bono Service Award based on his pro bono work for clients in immigration proceedings, appellate briefings, death penalty litigation and intellectual property matters for non-profit startups.

A magna cum laude graduate of the Duke University School of Law, Mr. Reich earned his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, magna cum laude, at Louisiana State University.

During law school, he worked as staff editor for the Duke Law & Technology Review and claimed first-place honors in both the Kilpatrick Townsend and Twiggs-Beskind mock trial competitions. Mr. Reich also interned for the Honorable Judge Jay Zainey in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
