Intellectual property, business litigation firm completes move to larger space
DALLAS – The Dallas intellectual property and business litigation law firm Caldwell Cassady & Curry has established its new headquarters in the PwC Tower at Park District overlooking downtown’s landmark Klyde Warren Park.
The 13-lawyer firm is widely known for winning some of the top jury awards in Texas and nationally. Earlier this year, Caldwell Cassady & Curry was named to the Texas Verdicts Hall of Fame by the publishers of Texas Lawyer newspaper.
Caldwell Cassady & Curry’s attorneys will occupy approximately 14,700 square feet in the 20-story PwC Tower under a long-term lease.
Firm principal Austin Curry says the move is directly tied to Caldwell Cassady & Curry’s continued growth.
“In addition to promoting two attorneys to principal earlier this year, we have added three new lawyers since the summer,” Mr. Curry says. “Our new space will allow us to better serve our clients as we continue to grow.”
Caldwell Cassady & Curry was represented in lease negotiations by Dallas’ Thirty-Four Commercial. Plano’s Metroplex General Contractors handled the construction of the firm’s new offices. The new address is 2121 N. Pearl St., Suite 1200, Dallas, Texas 75201.
