This spring, the four Caldwell Cassady & Curry attorneys helped Texas-based VidStream LLC win a $105 million patent infringement verdict against Twitter Inc., now X Corp., in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas.
The firm’s trial victory over Twitter is the latest in a long line of favorable verdicts and sizeable settlements secured for clients in Texas and across the U.S. Earlier this year, the $57 million verdict won by Caldwell Cassady & Curry on behalf of Midwest Energy Emissions Corp. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware was recognized as one of the country’s Top 100 Verdicts of 2024 by VerdictSearch and Law.com.
