Alexander Gras is an associate at Caldwell Cassady & Curry who focuses on intellectual property disputes and complex commercial litigation. He was previously a member of the firm’s summer associate program.
At Caldwell Cassady & Curry, Alexander is responsible for such tasks as drafting motions to the court, preparing discovery requests, and conducting legal research. He joined the firm with prior courtroom experience in his roles with The University of Texas School of Law Immigration Clinic and the Law Offices of the Public Defender in Clovis, New Mexico.
Alexander is an honors graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as associate research editor for the Texas Law Review and staff editor for the Texas Journal of Civil Liberties and Civil Rights. He also earned two Dean’s Achievement Awards for contract law and tort law.
Alexander is a magna cum laude graduate of Louisiana Tech University, where he earned a B.A. in political science with a pre-law concentration.
