Intellectual property, business litigation firm earns high marks in annual ranking

The jury delivered its unanimous verdict in August before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin in Green Bay.
The firm also won a $502.6 million patent infringement verdict against Apple Inc. in April on behalf of Nevada-based VirnetX Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in Tyler. The jury’s unanimous verdict marked the fourth consecutive trial that Caldwell Cassady & Curry has won for VirnetX in the company’s ongoing patent infringement litigation against Apple.
