Caldwell Cassady & Curry Name Principals Ranked Among Nation’s Leading Trial Lawyers

Caldwell Cassady & Curry’s Brad Caldwell, Jason Cassady, and Austin Curry are being recognized for their expertise in high-stakes intellectual property disputes and patent infringement trials in the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America rankings published by New York-based Lawdragon.

The three Caldwell Cassady & Curry principals have been repeatedly selected among the country’s leading trial lawyers in the annual Lawdragon guide, which is based on nominations and a thorough editorial review that included interviews with lawyers and law firm clients.

Earlier this year, the three Lawdragon honorees worked with fellow firm attorney Adrienne Dellinger to help VidStream LLC win a $105 million patent verdict against Twitter, now X Corp. Fellow firm attorneys John Summers, Daniel Pearson, Seth Reich, and Richard Cochrane also played key roles in the trial heard in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas.

In addition to the firm’s success in the courtroom, Caldwell Cassady & Curry has continued to grow during the past year with the additions of intellectual property attorneys Eric Horsley and Andrew Langford, as well as the promotion of Aisha Mahmood Haley to principal.
